Kelly has narrated 150+ audiobooks across all genres, recording everything from thrillers to memoir, self-help to sci-fi, and tech digests to vampire romance.​​ She is a regular narrator for the Guardian, BBC, and New Scientist, and winner of the AudioFile Earphones Award for Elin Cullhead's novel, Euphoria.

Kelly trained as a classical actress — and also has an MA in gender theory — so she's as at home in an academic text as she is a period romance.
